Engraving Information - 

• Text Engraving One Side is included in the Item Price, this can be Front, Back or Top. You will be charged if you add a text element to a Second Side (i.E If you add text to the Front of the Hip Flask, Then select 'Back' and add a new text element you will be charged an additional fee.
• Artworks are charged an additional fee each, you can see artwork prices in the Product Designer by selecting Artworks from the left menu.
• Any number of Text elements can be used.

• You can upload your own artworks. We will contact you with a quote and may ask you to supply the orginal artwork so we can check its suitable for engraving. 
  Alternatively simply contact us and we can see what we can do for you.

Urgency and Processing Time

• We ask that you monitor emails or Phone number for 24 hours after order as we will contact you if we have an issue with your design.
• On Check out you will be asked when you need your item for - this will indicate to us your urgency and process the order accordingly.
• Most items are dispatched within 1-3 working days of the order.
