Founded in December of 2017 by John, EnF Engraving sold solely on various marketplace websites. We aim to provide customers with a method to make truly bespoke gifts and provide great quality products with a A* Customer service.

Yes, all our artworks are either drawn in house or from affiliated sources exclusively for us, you won’t find our work anywhere else.

DELIVERY & ORDERS

You will receive an automated email confirming the order has gone through. This will be followed within 24hours by one of our team confirming the order requirements have been understood or if there is some confusion.

We might call you on the provided number also if there is a problem with your order. Please make sure to monitor you emails for the next 48 hours after order when possible to avoid unnecessary delays.

We generally use Royal Mail to deliver most items. For Orders which are particularly large, have a high value or are bulky we will use a courier or special delivery service. but this is done at our discretion.

Most items will be sent by Royal Mail.

If the item can’t be put through the letter box or requires a signature, they will likely take it to the nearest Post Office or Delivery Depot.

Royal Mail should leave a card with instructions about how to and where to collect your parcel from.

For couriered Items a card should be left explaining where your items have been taken and how to collect them or for you to arrange re-delivery with the courier company.

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries – All international Shipments are Tracked and Signed for where possible, please select International Shipping in the Postage Options.

No, We don’t readily offer this as the price goes up substantially (normally more than the item) if you want a price for express shipping please Contact us

Yes, please let us know when you order that you don’t want us to include the normal paperwork.

Please Note – This does not apply to international shipments as we must include item details for customs and border checks.

For Royal Mail 48/24 there is a tracking number available, this isn’t a regular tracking number but will get updated if a delivery has been attempted.

If the delivery has been attempted this tracking will show when it was, its likely your item is at the Post Office or Delivery Office awaiting collection.

If a delivery hasn’t been attempted, then it’s likely your item is still going through the delivery system.

International, Special Delivery and Courier services have tracking numbers available and are normally quite detailed about the locations.

Please Contact Us as soon as possible with your order details and we will do our best to change the order assuming it hasn’t already been processed or dispatched.

On the same note, we might come back to you to check something we think might be incorrect or wrong before engraving. This will of course depend on your deadline.

Please Note – Only Faulty Items can be returned if Personalised.

Please Contact us and if possible, provide photos of the packaging and item. This helps us work out why the item broke and how to improve our packaging in the future.

While the aim of this website is to give the customer more control of how their gifts are put together, we understand the many options and possibilities can be overwhelming for some.

Yes! We are always happy to discuss and quote on additional modifications to products. In regards to the artworks because all the artworks are drawn in house by us we are able to modify the artworks to whatever specification or changes you require.

Yes! We always welcome the opportunity to create and add more artworks to our catalogue. Please Contact us with your requirements and remember to tell us what your deadline is.

The editor is a representation and in most cases the colour will be the colour of the underlaying metal (normally silver or gold (brass)). In the Editor if you select the ‘Product Info’ Button this brings up the description. We have added the engraving colour to the descriptions and the ‘Item Specifications’ tab on the product page.

The editor is only a representation and while we always try to engrave as close as possible to your provided design it likely won’t look exactly like it due to perspective and limitations of the editor. On a glass for example we can engrave much further round the glass than the editor allows us to show. So the final artwork will be bigger than what is shown in the editor.

We might also adjust text size and layout at our discretion if we think it will improve the look of the final item.

Yes! However, you will be charged for each artwork added. The size of this charge is dependant on the complexity of the artwork and the time it takes to engrave.

We have tried to keep a reasonably simple charging structure for both our sanity and yours.

Simply we charge engraving based on sides, so if you choose an item with two or more sides of engraving you will be charged for each new side. Artworks that are not part of the pre-set item template will also be charged at the rate displayed in the artwork catalogue base don complexity and engraving time.

You can however have as many text elements as you like on each side for no additional cost.

Our dispatch time is generally 1- 3 days once the order has been confirmed and understood during non-busy periods and increases to 1-5 days during the Christmas rush so make sure you get your orders in early during this manic period!
