Brain Artwork Coasters used as Gift to Staff

Case Study 1 - Dropshipping

We were approached via our Etsy shop by a multinational tech company to engrave 25 metal and glass drinks coasters for members of their staff located all over the world. The job involved engraving our Brain artwork with some custom text selected by them. Normally we would send all the coasters to the client and they would send them to the final recipient. However, due to cost and logistics, all but one of them being overseas in this case, we handled all the admin and shipping to a list of final recipients provided by the client from our workshop. This practice is known as drop shipping where our client makes the sale or places an order, but we handle the entire dispatch process from engraving right the way through to delivery on the client’s behalf. We are happy to carry out similar orders as required – Contact us About Drop shipping.

Personalised Vans RV Artwork engraved on Glass Tumbler

Case Study 2 - Bespoke Artwork

We were approached by a client whose husband owns an aircraft. She saw our other aircraft artworks and enquired if we could draw and engrave on a glass tumbler her husband’s specific aircraft for a birthday gift. The client provided us reference photos of the aircraft and after the standard negotiations and payment we started work. We found a hires photo of the aircraft type to use as our base for our drawing and modified the drawing to match the spec of the client’s aircraft. We kept her up to date with progress on the artwork and when all parties were happy with the artwork we proceeded with engraving as normal. Once the item has been dispatched we go back to the artwork when we have some downtime and modify it to make it more general, get rid of any specific identifying features (tail numbers etc) and add it to our Artwork catalogue. This way we can keep costs down for the Client while also expanding our artwork directory – Contact us to enquire about a bespoke Artwork.

Case Study 3 - Logo Engraving & Promotional Gifts

We were approached by a UK Broadband company to produce batches of our steel card holders with the client’s logo which they could use as a promotional item to give to new corporate and business customers. We needed to convert their Logo to make it engravable then engraved a batch of card holders, normally 10 at a time. They would come back as and when they needed more – Contact Us if you require Promotional Gifts
